  1. Upgrading to a paid plan

When you verify your e-mail address after signing up, 14-day free trial on Pro plan is activated for your account. This free trial period is for helping you make sure that WebGazer suits your needs before starting your subscription. You won't be asked for credit card, or any other payment information for the free trial. So, you can give WebGazer a try with no strings attached.

Once you start your free trial, you will see the number of remaining days on the top of the page, next to your avatar.

If you don't start your subscription during the free trial, your account will be downgraded to the Hobbyist plan when the trial ends. Excess monitors, alerts, status pages and team members in accordance with the Hobbyist plan's limitations will be deleted irreversibly. So, we strongly suggest you to start your subscription before the trial ends in order not to lose your existing configuration.

Upgrading to a paid plan

In order to start your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Billing section.
  2. Click the Change plan button under the plan you want to switch to.
  3. You will be redirected to the checkout page provided by Stripe. Enter the payment details and click the Subscribe button.

After completing these steps, the upgrade comes into effect immediately. You also receive an e-mail from WebGazer about your upgrade. Another e-mail including the receipt will be delivered to your e-mail address.
